Refunds

BCB will correct duplicate charges, failed activations, and material service outages fairly.

Duplicate charges and failed activation

If BCB confirms a duplicate charge or payment that did not activate the purchased access, BCB will correct the access or provide an appropriate refund.

Material BCB outages

If a material BCB outage prevents meaningful use of purchased access, BCB may restore access, replace affected checks, extend the affected period, or provide an appropriate refund based on the circumstances.

Timed passes

Activated timed passes are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans renew until cancelled. Cancellation prevents future renewal and ordinarily does not refund the current billing period except where required by law.
